First she sees the bear with a preserved rose in its arms. Then she turns the rose, and finds an interlocking heart necklace waiting inside.

The rose sits in a clear dome in the bear's arms. Turn it to open the hidden compartment and the necklace is there, so there are two moments of surprise in one present. When the necklace is on, the bear stays on her shelf.

In the set: one bear with a preserved rose, one interlocking heart necklace and a gift bag. The necklace arrives as shown, with no names or engraving.
